Shipping & Delivery

We ship to United States addresses only. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. The product page shows the delivery estimate for each item.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once your parcel is dispatched. Every item we currently sell ships from inside the United States. Dispatch timing varies by item: the product page shows the dispatch estimate that applies to yours, and where none is available yet we will confirm one for you before you order. Both figures are estimates, not guaranteed dates: a carrier backlog, weather or a stock move can add days, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

Tracking

We email tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can pause for a day or two between scans while a parcel moves between depots or waits to be loaded.

Customs and import charges

These are domestic shipments within the United States, so no customs duty or import charge applies to them.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $10.00, free on orders of $125.00 or more. Selected items may include free shipping where indicated on the product page. The final charge appears at checkout. Express shipping is offered only when available for the items in your order and shown at checkout.
