Shipping policy

We ship directly from our supplier partners to you. That is how we keep prices down on a broad catalogue — and it also means a longer trip than a domestic order, so please order with that in mind.

Processing

2–5 business days. This is the time your supplier needs to prepare and dispatch the parcel.

Delivery

Typically 15–30 business days for United States addresses — roughly 3 to 6 weeks after dispatch. International transit can occasionally run longer during peak seasons, and customs processing can add time. We would rather tell you this plainly than promise a date we cannot keep.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. One thing worth knowing: international tracking often goes quiet for several days mid-transit while the parcel clears customs, then resumes with your local carrier. A tracking update that appears frozen usually just means it is in transit between scan points.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Import duties and taxes

Orders ship from outside the United States. The US ended its de minimis exemption, so imported parcels are no longer automatically duty-free and customs may assess duties or handling fees when your order arrives. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your basket and destination.
