If something goes wrong
Email hello@tidilo.com with your order number and we reply within one business day. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us and start a return; if an order arrives in more than one parcel, the 30 days start when the last parcel is delivered. We accept unworn clothing only: the original tags must still be attached, and the item has to come back in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label on it. We accept returns from US addresses only and do not accept returns shipped from outside the United States. We do not offer exchanges: if you need a different size or colour, send the item back for a refund and place a new order. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy for how a return runs, and contact us before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us inside the same 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
