Refund policy
Who we are. Tidilo is a store operated by Prairiestack, 9169 W State St #617, Garden City, ID 83714, United States. “We” and “us” on this page mean Prairiestack.
Start a return by emailing returns@tidilo.com. This page sets out how long you have, the condition an item has to be in, and how a return runs.
The window is 30 days. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us and start a return. If an order arrives in more than one parcel, the 30 days start when the last parcel is delivered.
The condition we need. We accept unworn clothing only. The original tags must still be attached, and the item has to come back in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label on it. An item that has been worn, washed, altered or had its tags removed cannot be accepted.
US addresses only. We accept returns from US addresses only. We do not accept returns shipped from outside the United States, and we do not sell to addresses outside the US.
No exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, send the item back for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items. Email us inside the same 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. A faulty item goes through the return process like any other return, and once it is received and approved it is replaced or refunded. Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the consumer law that applies to you.
Who pays for return shipping. You do, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty or was not what you ordered. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If you send an item back without authorisation, we may refuse the parcel or decline the return.
How to start a return. Email returns@tidilo.com with your order number and a short description of what is wrong. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the address to send the item to. Please do not ship anything before you have that authorisation. The business mailing address below is not a returns address and cannot receive parcels.
Refunds. When the returned item arrives and meets the condition above, we approve the refund and return the money to your original payment method. As our own processing commitment, we aim to complete a clothing refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the parcel; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.
Cancelling an order. If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will tell you whether it can still be cancelled. If it has shipped, use the return process above.
