What the three modes are for

One mode is a steady squeeze, which is the one most people leave running while they read. The second steps the pressure up and down in a wave, and the third runs a longer fill-and-hold cycle. Heat is separate, and it is the reason this works as an end-of-day device rather than only a post-exercise one: warm tissue plus a squeeze is a more comfortable combination than either alone. Allow the wraps to fully deflate before you pack them away, and give the unit a minute between cycles.
