How to use it without making things worse

Glide the head along the muscle belly, not into a joint, a bone or the spine, and keep it moving rather than holding it in one place for minutes. Two minutes per muscle group is a working session; more is not better. On a fresh injury, a bruise or an area that is swollen, heat and vibration are the wrong tools - leave it alone and get it looked at. On a muscle that is tight and tired after training, a couple of minutes before you stretch is the combination that actually does something.

The supplier's published delivery window for United States addresses is 4 to 10 days, and tracking is emailed once the parcel is dispatched. Standard shipping is $8.00, orders of $125.00 or more ship free, and express delivery is $15.00. Any customs duty or handling fee raised on arrival is the recipient's responsibility.
